The Mission of the UCLA-CDU CFAR is to stop HIV in Los Angeles County and beyond through engaging diverse researchers with multi-disciplinary perspectives. 

Los Angeles County is an HIV Epicenter and UCLA and CDU are the ideal institutions for a CFAR
